"I think we were upgraded but the room was not double checked - one shower was clean and the other one was not cleaned at all there was hair all over the shower floor and near the toilet as well. The room was very cold and the heating barely worked but thankful for the small heater."

Despite the power outage, the staff was very kind to our family offering lanterns, playing cards and coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning. "
