“This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just as advertised, it was 10-12mins away so we could easily go back and forth as needed. Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here for a week while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The apartment is well appointed and bigger than I expected. It's clean and has nice furnishings and decor. While we did not cook, there are cooking pots and pans ready to go. The fridge and freezer were plenty big for all that we needed. Plenty of closet space for items needed. We had planned on 3 of us being here, but in the end it ended up just being 2 of us. We could walk easily across the street to the CVS or the……

“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
