「Many items such as coffee, spices, paper products, and shampoo were available so packing was easy. Host was accessible and responsive and came early one snowy morning to salt the walkway. The house was comfortable and relaxing. The view was perfect. 」

「As long as you are physically able to manage the steps (that the owner includes in the listing) this is an absolutely wonderful couple retreat place. The hosts were very friendly [including their 2 dogs :-)] and helpful, the view across the lake is gorgeous, everything was clean and neat and included all that we needed (or asked for in one case), was great to have the kayaks available to go out on the lake. 「The house is in a great location and has beautiful lake views! We had a great time staying here with our friends for a long weekend. Close to many state parks with beautiful hikes, no shortage of waterfalls and wineries. The property has private well water so took a little creative showering with our group of 7 and the hot water wasnt working the first night but it was an easy fix and the hosts were quick to respond. 」

「We had a great time at Lake Seneca and the house worked very well for 2 families.The cons: AC not available in one room and too noisy in another upstairs. Ladder on the pier broken and not usable. Too expensive in the current state but a little work and it will be a great place to stay (again).」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. 」
