It provided the perfect getaway spot for a couple to see explore the Hudson Valley from a central location…that is if you ever want to leave the back deck that overlooks the Hudson river. 「Pillows were terrible, resulting in stiff necks and poor sleep. Bath towels had holes in them and need to be replaced. The bed was not level it slanted towards the sinking corner of the room and was propped up with boards - We had to reverse the sleeping position so we weren’t downhill) The floor was sinking very noticeably in the area by the bed. 「I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.」
