The environment is nice.

Service

Spacious room with separated toilet and tidy bathroom

Very nicely decorated boutique hotel and a great location!!

APA is always my favorite hotel in Japan. Size of rooms is not big but good enough for 1-2 people. Rooms are clean and well kept as always. I especially like their onsen along with coin laundry which allows me to enjoy hot spring while waiting for my laundry to be done.

It’s my second time to stay at this hotel, and this time we stayed for 3 nights, the staff is very helpful in making reservations at restaurants for us. The room is clean and comfortable, and they are very sweet to decorate our room for my birthday. It’s a sweet and pleasant stay.😊

24-hour convenience store at 1/F, many restaurants nearby, seems no parking lot, take public transportation to hotel

The room we stayed was neat and tidy. It was with a tatami area and a small table that fits 4 people. My family spent our time eating and playing in that area every night. Excellent! Moreover, the taste of complimentary coffee was amazing. The hotel even provided a set of filter coffee utensil to brew the coffee. We also enjoyed our time in the hot bath as well as the snack area on B1. The staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile.
