不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Upon entering the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong, lingering odor of stale beer and cigarette smoke. My son has severe asthma, and this environment posed an immediate health risk.
When we attempted to use the bed, the top blanket was visibly filthy, appeared unwashed for an extended period, and had a greasy texture. The bedsheets were heavily stained yellow and black, emitting a foul smell.
The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: it reeked intensely of urine (strong enough to cause me to vomit), the toilet seat had dried urine and hair on it, and overall hygiene was severely neglected.
This property is unsanitary and unsafe, particularly for guests with respiratory conditions. It either needs to be temporarily closed until thorough deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and soft furnishings is completed, or significant investment must be made to bring the room up to basic health and cleanliness standards. The current condition is unacceptable for any guest.
