It is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. Silver lake is a 600 acre all sports lake. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in Traverse City. The cottage gets sun all day long (but also has areas of shade) and then you are able to watch the sun set. You can walk right out the cottage and walk directly into the water (no stairs to go down or roads to cross).

The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It sleeps six, with one queen bed in the main level bedroom, and two full-size beds in the loft bedroom. There is a canoe, paddle boat and stand up paddle board available for renters to use at no charge. There is a nice storage shed that has yard games/beach toys. There is a very large fire pit. The cottage comes with Wi-Fi, hulu live cable, 42” smart TV, AC units, games, and plenty of parking space.

We have a 20 foot pontoon boat w/ 50HP available for you to rent:
$295 per day, $650 for 3 days, or $1000 for the entire week (This is cheaper than all rental companies in town) and we just purchased a brand new 22ft Bennington, 115HP with tubing capacity. 1 day= $350, 3days= $850, 1 week= $1550

Please also note that the dock and pontoons are not going to be out and available until mid May. There is an owner's dock that is occasionally used and then another brand new dock on the opposite side for you to use.
