「Great Stay. Close to many things.」

「Everything was super cozy and the entrance is so beautiful. I will say a bit sad the jacuzzi had no instructions and was off, cold when we got in and lacked lighting or maybe it was just lack of instructions as well. Were looking super forward to it! But I will say hadn’t had such a great ac in a while like this one 😮‍💨 and also loved the safety aspect (baby ducks are adorable)」

「Loved the place so much! We booked last minute for the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. This place has everything you need to feel like home. Perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean and all the places we wanted to go were walkable or a short drive. Would recommend and come back!」

「Adorable and functional tiny house!」

「Great pool, cozy cottage was well appointed. Location is easily accessible to downtown Austin. Terrific host. Really enjoyed our time there.」

「We stayed here because our daughter was playing in a golf tournament at the Barton Creek Palmer Lakeside course. I knew the cottage was near the golf course, but had no idea we were going to be mere steps away! The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our needs and made the tournament so much more enjoyable since we could just walk out and be there! John is an excellent host! He gave us restaurant recommendations, which we happily took, and provided helpful videos to assist us in our...

「Always lovely- this is our favorite property in Austin to stay!」

「Clean and plenty of room for a guys weekend away.」

「This was a quiet, safe place to stay that was only 7 minutes away from UT campus.」

「Extremely nice neighborhood. Very clean & quiet. Exactly as described/posted! Excellent communication, would love to stay again!」

「The Lake Cottage was the perfect little place for our family of 5 for a weekend getaway! The cottage was small, but clutter-free and very clean. Lake access was easy with just a quick walk down from the cottage, which we appreciated. The cove was quiet, with little boat traffic, perfect for swimming and exploring with the paddle boards and the canoe provided. Vivian was quick and helpful to address any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We would recommend this place.」

「This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.」
