“First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. ”

“Although we only stayed one night, it was a wonderful experience. However, the only thing I didn’t like is at the swim up bar they include their own gratuity which I didn’t care for, especially since they got my bill wrong. Also, I wished the beds were more comfortable. They were very firm. Other than that, the views and experience was still a good one.”

“pictures did justice for this place. It was not as nice as it was online… Our beds were dented in and very uncomfortable. Half of the shower was unusable because half of it wasn’t working. i’d rather stay at the Hilton and get continental breakfast.”

“Being our first time to Austin we wanted to find a hotel that allowed us to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The Holiday Inn Express fit this bill. Unfortunately we had to pay $45 per night to park in the hotel parking lot, which is a common theme in Austin and for that money, upon arrival we were informed at check-in that the elevator from the underhround parking garage was out of order and that we would have to walk either up or down to the lobby of the adjoining Indigo Hotel.……

“Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within the room.”
