「Clean rooms and common areas. Great access t beach. 」

「Certainly, the room needs a more detailed cleaning, especially the baseboards, furniture, and corners. The bed linens seemed damp, and we had to put them in the dryer before using them. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were six adults and one child, all comfortably accommodated. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. Parking is spacious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning.」

「We loved our stay. Front office staff very kind! Our bayside suite views were phenomenal, plenty of dolphin sightings right from your balcony. Beautiful sunrises out the back, gorgeous beach sunsets in the front of the building. Loved the organization and management of a hotel but yet the functionality of a condo-like suite with full kitchen and bedrooms. Can’t wait to go back!」

「The room had a charming retro appeal and was very clean. The shower, while small, had great water pressure. We enjoyed the heated pool which was an added bonus in January. Also the Sea Jay is a short walk to Waffle House and Dunkin with other bars and restaurant just a short stroll up or down Gulf Blvd.」

「Excellent location, great amenities, beautiful beach, and get a room with a balcony. If you go to sleep early you may be disturbed by bar across the street (Ricky's) as they play till 11 pm on Weekends. Nice restaurant next door called Sloppy Joe's. We borrowed their bikes as well. Recommend a nice place to get away and staff is great. 」

「Very clean and has everything you need. 2 burner stove refrigerator. Table for 2 to sit. Snacks and water! You can see the ocean and quick walk to the waters edge. Nice walking trail. Pool was very clean and nice. Cant wait to go back」
