「This place had potential, but unfortunately missed the mark. The decor was fun and hip, and the location was pretty decent. However, the overall experience didn't live up to the way the property was advertised or the glowing reviews from other guests. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room felt dingy and poorly maintained, with stained sheets, scuffed and dirty walls, old, shabby towels, and a stale, stuffy smell. Nothing was outright terrible, but the room certainly didn't...

「Before I arrived, they sent me a message asking for my iD. The front desk was closed for 1:30 hrs since I arrived. I had to text to guide us to room. They first guide me to a room that was closed. When I request dor my booked room the send me to a room second floor. I asked for parcel Ocean room. Don't rely on photo. No patio and you have a small window in the living room to see the entetance of the beach. You will have a view at the second floor out from your room. I panicked when I came...

「At check in the lady was very dry, and acted like she didn't really want to be there. All the other staff we had any interaction with were very pleasant, and helpful in any way they could. Our beach view could've be better, because it was obstructed by the trees in front of our balcony. I didn't like the fact of having to add an app from another company, just to pay for the on-site parking. We ate at the Gulfside for breakfast, and RumFish bar and grill on the Resort and both were good.」

「Breakfast was good and various food to eat.」

「Our room was a very clean updated room. The amenities were perfect for us. They had everything we needed to cook, breakfast lunch and dinner. Less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Had so much fun at the friendly Tavern across the street. Plenty of seating outside our room. Plenty of free parking.」

「Very very clean in the room and everything is in order. Like it very much!!」

「Great spot for a get away」
