"This is a nice new house in a new subdivision. There is tons of room, in great conditions, everything works, and is comfortable for a range of person count and ages. We stayed for holidays, near family, with both older and younger relatives, and it was a great home base. As a regular short-term renter, this is overall a great find and value for the area. The owner was responsive and friendly for some minor issues. Only caveat: the lovely back patio does open onto wetlands, with lots of wildlife (we saw otters!) and screened against bugs. But the whole neighborhood is cheek-to-jowl, so patio time is accompanied by the neighboring A/Cs, pool pumps, and such. Still lovely visually, though! "

"The property was very nice. Huge. Plenty of space to be together and to have your own space as well. We didn’t use the pool because it was chilly outside and we were really having a family gathering the days before my son’s wedding. I was sent the wrong door code but was called back immediately when I realized and called the contact. I think there is a school next door so Friday morning I heard some bells and children but it wasn’t loud or a bother. I didn’t hear it inside just when I sat out on the lanai. Beautiful place to start. Oh son took advantage of the basketball court. "
