「Really friendly and caring staff. We had to book in a hurry as our daughter was taken ill suddenly. Fortunately, Alice and Federica were amazing and let us have early access when we needed to drop out bags and hurry to the hospital. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all that we needed - could have done with a few more cups - to self cater.
