Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here, had 6 adults and the views and location near so much of the lake was excellent. The walk/location was certainly not for the faint at heart, have to navigate up the steep hillside, but you get rewarded with the view!

Air conditioning

The house was clean and location is good. Would have been 5 stars except none of the air conditioning units worked, which made for a very hot weekend in the 30+ degree weather (85+ Fahrenheit). The description lists air conditioning in three different places

Vacances au Lac de Côme

Très belle maison moderne avec tous les services. Grand garage pour 2 voitures. Belle vue sur le Lac de Côme. Fenestration de la maison pour en profiter. Belle pensée avec items à manger et boire en arrivant à la maison. Difficile à trouver l'emplacement (rue) sur Google map. Information du propriétaire a grandement aider à trouver. Besoin de traiter pour les fourmis. Je recommande cette location.

La villa est très bien située et au frais. La mini piscine est parfaite. Tout est bien prévu. Je recommande. Garage spacieux très pratique. Vue vraiment superbe

Beautiful property with gorgeous lkae view!!

The villetta was very clean, modern and comfortable. All the beds were comfy and the AC work very well. Yard and pool were wonderful to have, especially with the view of the lake. Very peaceful neighborhood. Garage space was a huge plus as it is located on a very steep hill so we drove back and forth to town. The staircase leading to the second floor bedrooms has no railing.
