“The B&B is convenient and kid of self-service for breakfast. The housing is clean and cozy. However, I have not shard bath with other guests staying at other rooms for many years. The price is very economic, therefore I cannot complain about the inconvenience.”

“I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. I am not saying he was cheating to charge at higher price, but such practices are poor and brought uncomfortable experience for customers. I doubt their professionalism and integrity. “A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. ”
