"Worst hotel experience by far. Severe noise issue with people under our room who were screaming at each other until 4am. Hotel staff did nothing other than moving them sometime the next morning. I got absolutely no sleep. Beds were hard as a rock, breakfast was warm at best with groups of unattended children destroying the breakfast area. I will not be back and cannot believe I had to pay for that experience."

"The battery in the in-room safe was dead, so it was unusable. During breakfast I asked the staff person if I could get gluten free waffle batter (which was posted as an option on the breakfast board in the lobby), and there was such a language barrier, they did not have any idea what I was asking for, and I never did get the waffle batter. Staff was friendly, room was clean, the fridge was a great size and nice for leftover food items from our dinner. "

"Do not stay here the place is dirty the staff is rude we had 1pillows on each bed asked for some more and was told no asked for a clean blanket and they said they did not have anymore so we went and bought some the hot tub was broke and dirty the night clerk stood outside smoking as we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to check in and stared at us. they advertise breakfast and it was oatmeal and bananas. i am not a picky person i have stayed at many not so good hotels and made it work but this one was terrible. i do not recommend there are plenty of better hotels in the same area. "
