“After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this……

“The room was spotless,the staff was courteous but the house keepers are very annoying.When i travel from the great,busy,New York city and visit trinidad,my sweet home country i want to relax and get up late.The sign is on the door and these house keepers still keep knocking and calling on the phone asking if you need room service.I reported it and it still keep happening.Omg that was very disappointing but other than that my stay was beautifully and wonderfully spent.”
