「Aera was super nice and we got to see the Aurora Borealis. The room is very tiny but you have all you need. Make sure to bring the bare minimum you need! The glass view is awesome. Waking up to that amazing view is priceless! Can park your car right next to the cabin. The dining option is limited and the food was nothing spectacular but the breakfast got delivered just as requested inside a picnic basket. It was a special/ memorable occasion!」

The location is quite far from city centre. But the staff are really nice and friendly, there's a shared pantry which you can cook inside. The heater is not warm enough on the first night, but the room soon heated up.

Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect.
Easy to access.
Also the food and drink provide are excellent.
Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.

Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea.
Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place

This is the best hotel in Tromso, we stayed in studio room, it do really feels like home. We cook ourselves, very nice experience. We booked a car and the cheapest parking is just next to hotel ($120nok /24hr)! And all staffs are super nice and helpful . Our booking via Expedia have some problems , we booked 3nights but the first 2nights there have no rooms, staffs tried the best to arrange another hotel in the peak season. Anyway , better to double confirm by email if you booking via Expedia.
