“Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. Getränke super .Essen war gut (Saisonbedingt etwas abgespeckt).
