“This was our second time here and we will definitely come back. The property is always very clean and accommodating and we love the pool. The location is perfect, walking distance everywhere and centrally on Duval, but still quiet that you don't hear the chaos of the street from the inside of the hotel. The breakfast and coffee in the morning is nice, and the poolside bar is a great bonus, although more than once during our stay the bar staff were very slow and we could not get served before we……

“The hotel is situated in the middle of the Dual St, where I can go to either the west end (for seeing sunset) or east end (for seeing sunrise) of the street with almost the same distance. The buildings of the hotel have some history and in the colonial style, which I like very much. The garden provides an excellent place for breakfast and wine tasting.”

The location is perfect for walking to almost anything you want to do in Key West, and the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast items were placed in the hallway, which included fruit, pastries and cereal bars. “The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was nice and had plenty of room for the two of us. The cottages are located in a quiet area was very peaceful. I especially enjoyed the pool late evenings, finding it quiet and relaxing. Location is convenient to Duval Street with Old Town trolley stops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dwight was especially friendly and helpful. Staying at Ella’s Cottages is highly recommended.”
