"Facilities were good. Room & bathroom were of a reasonable size.... bigger that 3 others we stayed in during our time in Japan. Downside was the lack of English speaking staff... but Western Tourists are probably not their market. Ten out of ten for the staff trying to help. Breakfast was 'very Japanese' & I was frustrated that they would not / could not supply a bowl & milk so I could have breakfast cereal (that I bought at a local Family Mart store. Perhaps I should have I should have...
