“Room is clean, however they should have mirrors in bed room beside the one in bathroom! It’s not convenient for two people! Foods all delicious and clean! I love the most of staff especially the young gentleman Peter Hien, he is so generous kindness polite and awesome customer service! ”

“My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. Only one downside : February and March weather in Ha long……

“This is the best cruise that I have ever taken. When my daughter and I checked in their lobby, we felt their enthusiasm. When we were aboard, they had prepared delicious food for us. “It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms on cruise were clean, the walls were quite thin though so you would……
