"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving."

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."

"The exceptional rating for this property is well deserved. Joel pays attention to details - the house was clean, well stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable and the house beautifully furnished. The back yard was a great space for a barbecue, sitting around the fire pit and entertaining anything from a small to large group. I will certainly look to book this property on my next visit to Tucson and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks Joel!Scott"

"The house was very clean, with a comfortable queen size bed and good pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including coffee for the coffee maker. The wifi worked well. The house is located back off the street, it was very quiet and felt safe. The host frequently contacted me to see if we had any needs."
