Welcoming Casita

Lovely casita. The kitchen was well stocked and the back patio was delightful. loved the security of the place with its entrance gate. Would stay here again.

Delightful Casita Compound

Enter the property through impressive metal gate with keypad and into our numbered parking space. Short walk to our one bedroom casita with an orange tree in the courtyard, all landscaping appropriate for desert conditions. Attractive furnishings.

Great set up and location. Very nicely appointed. Good selection of books and the golf channel.

Everything was great from communication to the actual unit. Very secure parking for car and bicycle. Would definitely rent again

Just Perfect

My Husband and I stayed here for parents weekend at University of Arizona. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a few questions before we arrived and they were answered immediately. Communication with the owners was great. We are hoping to come back each parents weekend and stay again.

First Time VRBO User

This was our first experience with VRBO. The property was everything they promised. We felt secure with the gated parking lot and casita. We will use VRBO again.

Great size for two people

When we arrived late at night the gate wouldn’t open but the manager answered her phone right away and opened it for us. She helped us with any supplies we needed while staying too. The gate wouldn’t let us out the morning we went to leave but we were able to get out a different way and she responded in a few hours saying the gate was broken but she fixed it. The place is very small but it’s perfect for just two people. The location is great and close to many things but the neighborhood made me grateful that it was a gated area. Great price for the 10 days we stayed. The bed and shower curtain could be replaced though.

Quick getaway

We went to Tuscan for a quick trip to find warm weather. Well the weather didn’t really cooperate but the stay at our VRBO made up for the chilly weather. The place is so inviting and cozy with a great back patio that gets some nice sun. The entire complex is neat and clean and very quiet. It is very convenient getting around on a bicycle and getting to the bicycle path that loops around town. We will definitely stay here again and looking forward to returning.

Post Surgery Comfort

Casita M was very compact and perfect for recovering from knee replacement surgery. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores close by. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Very nice patio and good place to relax with Tucson's good weather.

Quiet safe getaway!

I stayed here for 6 weeks and the property was always quiet and I felt very safe. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. Wifi was a little spotty and relatively inconsistent, but other than that had a great experience!

Adorable. Very clean and neat.

Fry’s grocery store a block away, so very convenient. Gated property. Sketchy neighborhood but never felt unsafe. Nicer area just a few blocks away. Quiet. Would definitely rent here again. Central to everything we wanted to do.

Just right for us!

Easy check in. Perfect size for two. Grocery store right around the corner and great restaurants nearby. So quiet! We slept like babies. The Casita and propery was very well cared for. This was a win!

Morada

The casita was quiet and nicely appointed. The shower was good with lots of hot water. The patio was okay - could have used more landscaping. The downside was the unreliable wifi - we were constantly having to reboot the modem. Not really acceptable in today’s world.
