Acogedor estudio en forma de dos hexágonos en el corazón de Tulum rodeado de jardines, con excelente iluminación y ventilación natural, cocina con utensilios, sala/comedor, baño privado y habitación con cama matrimonial para dos o tres personas. Estamos a sólo 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses a pié. Cerca de pequeños restaurantes, bares, cafés, lavandería y tiendas sin llegar a ser un lugar ruidoso por el movimiento nocturno.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The location can't be beat, especially if you're arriving by bus, with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, parks, and outdoor markets all within a few blocks. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with a fresh water dispenser in the kitchen. I didn't use the provided bikes during my stay, but they all seemed to be in fine condition. The air conditioning worked great. There is no laundry on site, but there is a lavandería next door which will wash your clothes for you for a very reasonable price. The owner was extremely courteous, helpful, easy to contact, and very open to my feedback. I would happily stay there again; my only regret is I was unable to befriend the adorable but skittish cat who liked to hang out in front of my door. Next time I'll bring some chicken treats!

Calm and peaceful

Secure, homey apartments around a simple garden, and a nice rooftop patio where I practice Tai Chi. A short walk to my favorite dive shop on the main street, and Guido is so gracious I feel like family. Will be back, and will send friends here.

Good home base

Stayed here while studying Spanish at Meztli Spanish School one block away. Room was not fancy but had all that we needed. Owners were friendly and appropriately attentive. Free bikes could use some repair. We would stay here again if we return to Tulum.

An oasis in the middle of Tulum

easy, uncomplicated checkin even late at night. Superclean apartment, everything necessary for the morning coffee and a simple breakfast was in the refrigerator. Stayed 5 weeks and always felt peaceful and safe after returning from the beach or the busy streets. I loved the roof access and watched the sunrise every morning there. The Wifi was sometimes a little slow, but not a problem (one is on vacation here). I am already thinking about when I can return. Guido and his family did everything to assist and advise me. Even got an extra airmattress when my granddaughter came to visit with no charge. 100% and more satisfied.

Wonderful and comfortable home in a good location.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with some thoughtful supplies like soap and shampoo and coffee and milk. The place was in a good location, near town and great restaurants and bars right off the Main Street. Guido also provided bikes for us if we wanted to use them around town or to take to the beach. Guido was also very helpful with suggestions about where to eat and what to do while we were in Tulum.
