“We had a fantastic stay in the Stables. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. There were two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. This one had also an additional en-suite bathroom. Very nice. The kitchen, dining room and lounge were all proper sized. There were some games and duplo for the children and some dvds.The cottage lies in a very calm area on a farm surrounded by fields and woods were you can do some very nice walks.There is a nice patio where you……

“Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien m.b.t. koken, eten etc. De badkamer heeft een bad. De grote slaapkamer heeft een royaal bed met luxueus beddengoed. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. De binnentuin heeft een tafel en zitjes met veel……

“Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. ”

“We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor……

“It was great...do check the carpet just in front of the bathroom door in twin bed bedroom...I think there may be an exposed carpet tack. That's a small issue, overall we had a wonderful stay!”

“Die Beschreibung trifft voll zu. Der Hof mit den cottages liegt wunderschön, mitten in der Natur. Die Kinder können sich frei bewegen und haben verschiedene Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen herzlich und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“The Hayloft was absolutely gorgeous with everything to the highest standard. Superb property with everything you could wish for and a lovely host. Beautiful location and views. Not sure where else you could relax in the hot tub as the sun sets while watching a crane fish in the small lake. Weather was unfortunately wet and windy a lot of our stay so didn't get to make use of the balcony. Hope for better weather next time we visit (which we definitely will) so we can enjoy more time on the……
