Tybee Island's Neptunes Nest is a tranquil haven on a quiet street located in the center of Tybee Island. This quaint beach house features a large outdoor patio with a private heated pool, spa and freestanding hot tub for guests to enjoy. Great outdoor furniture and an expansive patio area surround the pool and the nicely manicured courtyard. In addition, guests can enjoy their favorite sports, movies, and television shows on a 70-inch HDTV in the bonus entertainment area downstairs. With almost 2000 sq ft of living space, this home is a perfect place to call home.

As is typical of many Tybee homes, the main living areas are on the second floor. The open-plan living area can be accessed from the covered front porch entryway. The comfortable living room has a 65" Smart TV. The open floor plan of this home is ideal for entertaining friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including a French door refrigerator, dual ovens, and a Kitchen Aid stand mixer - really everything you may need to prepare delicious meals. Just off the kitchen is a writing desk, perfect for remote work, and a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen.

The three bedrooms include a spacious primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, wall-50" Smart TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed. Both rooms have 40" Smart TVs.

Step outside the kitchen to find the back deck with stairs leading to the backyard sanctuary. Entertainment is elevated to a whole new level in the bonus living area on the ground floor. Catch all your favorite sports, movies, and TV on the 75 inch Smart TV in the Media Room. Enjoy alfresco dining without the hassle of unwelcome distractions. Neptune himself would be spotted relaxing by the pool or having a soak in the spa. Relax in the pool and fire up the grill for outdoor bbq. The carport is perfect for challenging your guests to a few games in any weather. Games include corn hole, ping-pong, and darts.

Bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here; it is the best way to see all of Tybee Island. Bike or stroll to the nicest beach on Tybee, only four short blocks away! This great mid-island location is within a short walk to Memorial Park, which has a playground for kids, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, as well as the Tybee Library and YMCA. The house is nestled on a quiet street, away from neighborhood traffic. Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway.

Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of the reservation. (Not available in January and February).

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
