Great house and perfect location

The house was very nice and clean. Bigger then we expected even! The space was great for our family. The location was perfect for the kids to walk and bike to everything. Walked to the local shops and good food! Will stay again!

Couple days away

The property was clean & just as listed we did check in & all was good until everyone downstairs was going to bed. The ac unit was blowing hot air & couldn’t be shut off. It got up to 84 degrees downstairs. I reached out and let property managers know. We did receive a phone call saying they would get maintenance to come fix, never heard another peep from anyone. We had to unplug thermostat to get it to shut off, & everyone had to sleep upstairs on couches & floor the second night. Thankfully we checked out the next morning. We never heard back from property management. Place was great, just know if you have any issues, it won’t be fixed.

Awesome oroperty

Very clean and so comfortable. The pool was a hit for the kids. The MOST relaxing weekend my family has had this year! We can’t thank the property owner enough for such an awesome weekend get away. We will definitely be back!

Better than expected

We loved our stay at Sol House. The location is perfect - close to the beach - close too all things Tybee - walkable to anything you'd want on a beach vacation. The house itself was amazing. We had more than enough room. The atmosphere added to our relaxing stay. My kids (14, 12 & 6) spent hours a day in the pool and had a blast. The adults loved it, too. Beds were very comfy. All three showers could be used at the same time saving our big group lots of time. Room for several different activities at once. Games, movies, reading. We will be back!

4th of July vacation

Great stay!!!! The place was exactly as advertised, very close to the beach and walking distance to almost everything. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very responsive when we had a few questions.
