「This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! 」

「A beautiful large home with plenty of bedrooms and space to just relax after a long day on the water or catching a show at Tangle Wood. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and large backyard complete with a fire pit, large hot tub, grilling area and ample seating. This home has two kitchens a large family room with a pool table, two full bathrooms and two laundry rooms. We will definitely look to book this property again when in the Pittsfield-Lenox area. 」

「We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. 「Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.」
