“这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。”

“Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. It was walkable to a lot of our tours and interests. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.”

“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”
