The staff are always ready to assist. You can feel their sincerity and friendliness, which are just different from a generic one.
The room is clean and tidy. I could sleep safe and well.
To my surprise, the hotel even provides extra that a traveler may need, such as ice maker, chopsticks.

「I have been staying with Lotte City Hotel Mapo for several times. The quality has stayed the same and it’s convenient which is right above the airport line and 3 other subway lines. It’s well connected whilst the tiny shopping mall downstairs would give a wide range of necessities and groceries needed. 」
