“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Very beautiful rooms. My curtains were electric and did not work so I could not shade the room. They did accommodate me for it luckily. The pool was also like 90 degrees! Requested a turned down on the pool warmer since outside was already hot but no one available to do so”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. “The gentleman at the desk checking me in was thoughtdul teying to get me a quiet room. Unfortunately there were some very loud children and adults, unsupervised, until late at night. Maybe someone else complained as if stopped. Maybe a hotel policy would be helpful. He was the only one on duty that evening and had his hands full juggling many things with a good attitude. However, it was clear that my room hadnt been fully cleaned. The toilet was dirty, and the tub as well. The bedding and……
