We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The location of Sapodilla was perfect, the staff was absolutely fabulous, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of privacy. The resort was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bali!

Super friendly, highly responsive and extremely helpful staff. Excellent location. Their Hibana restaurant offered gourmet food with high class service. Since we were to leave much earlier than the reception staff's start time, they gave us bracelets as souvenir and insisted on to go breakfast box. To go box had high quality egg sandwiches, water and fruit. These extra gestures made our trip even more special with them. Highly recommend staying at this place for service, quality and proximity to tourist attractions, amazing food places and heart warming cultural experience.

An Exceptional Stay at Sapodilla Ubud! My stay at Sapodilla Ubud was truly wonderful. The hotel offers an outstanding combination of comfort, beautiful facilities, and exceptional hospitality. What really makes this place special is the staff, who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful little surprises and complimentary extras throughout the stay. These personal touches made the experience feel extra special and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. The complimentary add-ons were genuinely useful and added real value, going well beyond what you might normally expect. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the attention to detail is remarkable. In terms of service, hospitality, and those unexpected extras, Sapodilla Ubud easily delivers an experience comparable to a five-star hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud and would definitely love to return. A fantastic place where guests truly feel appreciated!

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, but old bathtub had stains. Inside of hotel beautiful, but outside unattractive because of messy construction. Overall, nice place, I would return here on my next trip to Bali.

The staff were all friendly and I was very happy during the stay. The breakfast was delicious, and although it was far from Ubud city, there was a shuttle service, so I went around comfortably. I would like to visit again next time.
