“The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location.”

We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep.”

“This hotel is only about a year old, so all the amenities are modern and in great shape. The staff is wonderful, just like everywhere else in this country, and the breakfast offers so many choices. All in all, it’s a perfect hotel—I have nothing to add! ”
