The communication by the owners was tremendous from directions to recommendations on things to do. We found it so peaceful and loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the view of the ocean in the distance. I highly recommend it!"

"We enjoyed our 8 night stay. The star is the location, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Hilo but sitting perched on the edge of a bluff with 180 degree views stretching from the surfing beach to your left to Hilo Bay to your right. The outdoor spaces with these views really expand the use of the space. The interior is cozy, with three good-sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. And the property owner was very good at communicating, both upfront and also in response to any questions that we had. "

They make you feel like old friends or treasured family instead of just VRBO guests. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient to everything on the east side of the big island and offers anything you could need for a relaxing visit. We will return again!"
