“The Perch was a very comfortable and pleasant place for us to stay while visiting family in the Gainesville area. The neighborhood is quiet and shady, close enough to quickly access the center of town but removed from the noise and bustle if that's not what you're after. The space was perfect for two people: plenty of room to store our belongings and not feel crowded or cramped. There was a small hiccup with the air conditioning the day we arrived (not the host's fault at all!), but Jennifer was……

“We really enjoyed how quaint and clean the place was, as well as the Pooler's trail being available to trek. It was very peaceful to wake up and hear the birds, know the neighborhood was safe enough for my son to wander around and explore nature and the picnic table. I only wish I had paid closer attention to the no smoking or vaping on the property because my husband vapes, and we wanted to be considerate of the hostess' wishes. “This is a beautiful property. It is very clean, comfortable, and near everything you would need. I highly recommend this property. The owners are always available and quick to respond. It's safe. It has a great kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. The parking is perfect. Definitely staying here again when in the area.”

“Location was close to work”

“Property was clean and nice. Just what we needed.”

“The Nest was perfect for what we were looking for. We came to Gainesville for our granddaughter’s graduation from UF. We wanted something clean, quiet, private, and convenient to UF & nearby restaurants & grocery stores. The Nest provided all of these features. And the price was very affordable. Parking was located right next to the Nest, making loading & unloading our car easy. Mini splits in the bedroom & kitchen worked well. The Nest has essentially 2 buildings, right across from each……

“The space was very clean and cozy and the host was very easy to communicate with!”

“Our stay was great. The room was just right for our needs. We didn't need to use the kitchenette much, as we ate out for most of the trip, however the dining table was a bit small for eating in if necessary. The location was great too. Calm, quiet and refreshing! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!”
