「My wife and I stayed to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and everything was perfect!!! The location is amazing and we loved the style and setup of the apartment. The hosts were super communicative and bent over backwards to make our stay special」

「Great condo on the lake. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. The marina is footsteps away where you can rent a boat for the day. The view is excellent.」

「The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again.」

「Very nice place. Brand new and so close to old town and market square and gay street. Perfect location for what I wanted.」

「Great location, beautiful view and great communication from the hosts! We would definitely stay there again!」

「Great property in a perfect location. Central to Market Square, Gay Street and Old City. Excellent communication from host. Thanks for making your property available to us for a getaway to visit our daughter at UTK.」

「Beautiful property! Extremely clean!」

「Very nice place. Brand new and beautiful view of the lake.」

「We really enjoyed being so close to the water and the included boat slip, pool, and golf course located at the resort.」

「This was our 2nd consecutive stay at this location. We chose this condo primarily due to the close proximity to our son at UTK. Although it is a bit off the beaten path, we felt safe and enjoyed all the comforts of home. The host was quick to respond to all questions and supplied all necessary information. Our first stay was when the condo was very new and other units were still not sold so there was a bit more traffic this time with more outside noise with people coming and going pretty late....

「We loved our stay! Close to all the restaurants and shops of Market Square, Gay Street, and Old City. Perfect for a game day visit or anything Knoxville. The condo was clean and comfortable and the communication was great! Would recommend staying here!」

「Love this place and we are repeat renters. will be back again !」

「Our stay was amazing. Our first time to Knoxville and am very excited to go back.」

「great spot! Walkable to great food and fun」

「We loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It overlooks the lake and Stardust marina. At night, the marina looks like a fairyland through the trees. The pool is great and my family loved the hot tub!It was very secluded and quiet, even with the marina right below. We had a wonderful time!」

「We loved our stay at Faith's Place and feel it was an especially great stay for the price. The condo was charmingly furnished/decorated, and much of the condo has been recently renovated to include the flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The bed and couch were comfortable. Great central location to see the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg attractions to the east and impressive waterfalls to the west. Free parking, and getting a good parking space was never an issue. And the host was available, pleasant...
