「I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building. 」

「My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law.」

The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Communication from the host was prompt and informative, which made everything even smoother. 「Condo was very clean, had everything needed to cook a meal, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable,pool was large and never crowded. View from balcony was amazing. The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived. 」
