“This hotel went above and beyond when the pool was down, they accommodated by having a bounce house and gave a courtesy phone call to let us know in advance. Customer service iwas and always Is impeccable.”

“Dinner was excellent at restaurant on property. The Inn is clean but dated. Overall nice experience until the maid knocked on our door at 10:20am on the day we were checking out, asking when we were leaving so she could clean the room. Since we were told when we checked in that checkout was at noon, we were relaxing and taking our time that morning. We hustled out after that.”

“This is a great property, very nice rooms, appreciated the details. Also it really is right on the edge of the National Park but also very close to town. We stayed with our two dogs and found the area very dog-friendly. The property was like staying at a B&B without the on-site service. There is no front desk, so do pay attention to the info about contacting them for very easy access information once you book. ”

“Our stay was great but the room would benefit with two additions; a lamp on the long cabinet in the bedroom (it was rather dark), and another piece of furniture in the bathroom even some shelving would help. We'll be back.”
