“Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast……

“At first, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was incredibly warm. We reported this to the staff, who provided us with a fan for the night and made sure we were moved to a new room the next day — which we really appreciated.
The staff were service-minded and very helpful. We booked taxis and several excursions through the reception, which made things very convenient.
The gym was just the right size and had everything you need to keep up your workout……
