"Our stay in Albuquerque was perfect! The house was very clean, perfectly stocked, and convenient to everything we were doing. Jake’s communications and instruction made everything easy. I would not hesitate to return for another stay. Thanks!!"

"That room was so dirty, stains on the bedspread dust everywhere. All the mirrors looked gross and not clean, big long hairs in the bathroom sink. The hallways need a good cleaning, the floors also.. clean up the ice machine. Do better, have someone (an manager..a supervisor) inspect rooms at a higher level of standard!! "

"The staff at the time was not present at the front desk upon arriving. We had to wait. When it came time to check in the employee said our room was booked by someone else and If we had gotten there earlier we would have our room. He was gunna put is in another room, which was smaller, for $2 less. There was no way in accommodating my family. Left at 10pm to find another hotel. Still have not recieved a refund."

"Purchased through Expedia but an unexplained additional charge was made to my card. They never sent an itemized bill."

"Wonderful stay! Well equipped house with everything we needed to cook. Comfortable beds and lots of good books and games. Had all the little things like laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra trash bags and paper products we needed. If in the area again would stay here again. "

"The pool doesn't open until 10 am. Pretty unuseable with an 11 am checkout!"

"Tv was a little weird at night and the window had a gunshot and there was red stuff like lipstick on the bed but alright stay "
