「I did not expect a sofa bed with poor support.」

「We celebrated my wife's birthday at COMO The Treasury, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. To our delight, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and really set the tone for our stay. The room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully designed, and exuding understated luxury. 「Spacious room, efficient staff. 」

「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「Spacious and comfortable hotel」

「一次非常好的體驗，房間也被升級了，整體非常滿意，地點方便，樓下就有二十四小時超市，步行數分鐘就到碼頭，下次再來珀斯一定會再住這裏 。」

「交通非常方便。酒店動間整潔。」

「The blinds were very annoying as it goes up everytime the door opens but takes forever to get it down. The shower is too far away from the amenities The staff is very inexperienced especially when I specify I did not want mayonnaise for my club sandwich and they put mayonnaise!」

「Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus」

「The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth」

「廚房用具很完善，住宿環境很好，也很安靜」
