「Normal hotel. Nothing special but everything is good」

「There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

「The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. 」

The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.」

「Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. 」

「I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . 」

「I was pleasantly surprised at the clean condition and updated feeling of this small motel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even though we arrived around 11pm. They actually called us at 9pm to make sure we were okay and on our way, all the while assuring us it would be okay for the extra late arrival. The room was very large and roomy and extremely clean. The property itself was clean and well-manicured. We were very happy with our stay. 」
