“Hotel bien situé face au port de plaisance. Chambre très spacieuse avec une entrée amenagée en dressing-room, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, wc séparé. Calme, propre, personnel souriant. Restaurant de grande qualité gustative, plats originaux, desserts sublimes. Seul bémol, les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont rassises et de piètre qualité.”

“Staff were really helpful and courteous. Our French is barely passable so their excellent English helped us a lot. Room was very clean and comfortable and a very good fresh continental breakfast topped it off before we left for our holiday ”

“Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen. Would highly recommend.”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”
