This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. “The location is great, and it would be easy to live long term in the space. The bed is not as comfortable as I would prefer, and the place needs a sofa or someplace to sit and enjoy the great television. But overall, having the space, the terrace and a washing machine was great. ”

“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. As soon as we opened the door we were welcomed with a rush of cold, air-conditioned air, cold drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit to enjoy. “We spent just one night here because of easy access to the airport. We found the apartment very clean and new, and Giancarlo very helpful. He picked us up at the airport and then got up extra early the next day to drive us again to catch an early flight. Even though it is a short way out of the centre of Cagliari, we were very happy to find some amazing restaurants in the area.”

Cristina ist eine liebevolle und herzliche Gastgeberin und hat sofort geholfen, wenn etwas unklar war. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Weder in der Ausstattung der Küche, noch an Handtüchern, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel usw.Alles in allem würde……

“Tolle Anlage, abgeschlossse private Lage vor den Toren Cagliaris. Nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ruhig gelegen, bietet das Anwesen alles was man zum entspannten Urlaub braucht. Pool, Tischkicker, Tischtennis, (beides etwas betagt) Küchen, Bäder, Waschmaschine alles da. Ignazio unterstützte uns beim ersten Einkauf beim Transport, da wir mit Motorrädern unterwegs waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. ”

“A spacious house with lots of amenities. The 2nd bedrooms are small for one person or with bunk beds. The master bedroom is spacious, but the bed was only 2 meters long. Very nice that there are 2 bathrooms, with very small showers though.The living room has a very large kitchen and a fantastic view. You have to like stairs, 54 steps from parking to living room. There is a beautiful and very clean swimming pool which is 5 minutes away by car. You really need a car in this area.We really enjoyed……
