「The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable」

「This hotel is very close to the train station, so it is very convenient and easy to be found. The room is spacious and clean, compared with hotels in Amsterdam and Rotterdam at similar prices.」

「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」
