Good location easy spot without confusion Attentive service, daily house keeping with good care

Excellent location and staff, only thing I don't like is the room layout, the sink is in the open area which is disturbing if you have to wash your hands at night.

amazing service. I was pleased with the chocolate, espresso, and the souvenir. Room is a little bit dated but the furniture and bathroom were good and it was clean. Nice restaurant and amenities Would recommended

there’s really nothing to complain about. definitely coming back next time when i’m in ams!

Staffs in hotel are helpful and professional. Try their best to solve our problems. Food in restaurants are delicious. Clean room , only the shower room problem is solved. Location is good. Thanks

Classic but maintenance must be upgraded, suggest adding dehumidifier to keep dry the rooms, there were construction outside the buildings, noisy and dirty ,but why not inform guests before?

Great hotel in convenient location - we loved it.

Elegant and spacious

King was exceptionally welcoming and helped make our checkin/checkout seamless. She was super helpful and suggested a great place for brunch. Thank you King, we greatly appreciated your assistance and kindness. Amazing canal view. Comfortable bed. Love the shower wash/shampoo, lovely brand/scent. Room was relatively large and roomy. Bathroom lighting was great but room lighting could be a little bit brighter. Convenient and walkable location around the canals. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank...

Location is great.walkable to Amsterdam Central station,15 mins to airport and easy to go to other city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
