“The best hotel in Tallinn by far. I have been here many times and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The service is first class, as are the hotel rooms and public areas. The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The restaurant is also top class if you want lunch or dinner. And of course the location couldn't be better, right……

“Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. “The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.”

“Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,……

“It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.”
