“The grounds were so overrun, that at first, we thought that we had the address of an abandoned place. The manager warned us that there was little WiFi in the general area, so we asked her to send us the door code of the cabin a few hours before we were to arrive. She did not do so, so we had to stop in a town, get WiFi and remind her, with less than one hour to go, that she hadn’t yet sent the code. This was nerve racking. The cabin has been up-dated but not by a carpenter. The sink is on……

“A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. “Zoe is a wonderful hostess. She sent us reminder emails with detailed information about our stay in a timely manner. This has been one of the best VRBO experiences I've had with a host. She was friendly and responsive. The house itself was clean, beautiful and well thought out. The host had every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was well stocked, plush robes, plenty of towels, first aid kit, blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner, paper towel rolls, you name it. The views were spectacular.……

“The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. ”
