「The property, it's location . It was a great place to wake up at in the morning, it proximity to everything Vieux Quebec has to offer. The staff were more than accommodating helping with luggage and extra towels when needed. The room had a mix of new and old architecture, while the room was small it was more then enough and a great vista of what was happening outside, that was also entertaining. Watching other people being taken in by the City simply added to our Joyfull experience. 」

「The hotel Maurice is a classic Quebec hotel that has been extensively updated. We found the room layout different than the typical room but it is roomy and that is part of its charm. The bathroom, room and hotel in general are clean and in excellent condition. The area around the hotel includes many great restaurants.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」
