"The location is good and easy to park. Don’t forget to download the EasyPark app before you go. Nice host. Cleaning was lacking but I think that could be resolved as the host was responsive. Close to malls and theatre and one hour from beaches and algarve benagil caves. This is an apartment with lots of space and sleeps 4 easily. Nice to have a washer. AC was good and working. Netflix on tv was awesome. Good location for if you are renting a car."

"Incredible property. Stunning beach with amazing lounge chairs— with availability even during peak season. Amazing breakfast. Fantastic restaurant/bar for lunch in the beach. Only downside was inconsistent and almost non-functioning housekeeping in hotel."

Lovely staff at reception, in the dining room and bar, and also the boat pilot that took us to the beach. Fantastic breakfast, wonderful fresh fruit selection, and perfect piano background music. "Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
